Purchasing Spardha’s Natural ® Products
Eligibility to order criteria:
You may only purchase products:
• Available for sale and details of which appear on Spardha’s Natural Online Store; and
• For delivery to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
• For personal use, either by yourself or by your intended recipient(s) of the products. Spardha’s Natural reserves the right to decline any order that it has reasonable cause to believe is for onward sale other than through distribution channels approved by Spardha’s Natural.
• To be eligible to purchase goods on this Site and to lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Site under English law you must: (a) be aged 18 or older; and (b) register on the Site; and (c) be the holder of a valid debit/credit card.

This contract shall be concluded in English.
Prices
All prices indicated for products available via the Site are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered and delivery charges as set out in the Delivery section of the Site .
Details of the products available for purchase (including their price) are set out on Spardha’s Natural Online Store. Spardha’s Natural takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on Spardha’s Natural online store are correct at the time when the relevant information is placed onto Spardha’s Natural online store. Although every effort is made to keep Spardha’s Natural Online Store as up to date as possible, the information appearing at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. Packaging of goods is subject to availability from the supplier, hence the packaging of the received item may vary compared to the packaging shown in the photos on the website or any Spardha’s Natural affiliated website.
Ordering Products:
- Once you have selected the products you wish to order, click on the “Checkout” button at the end of the checkout process.
• Once you have clicked on the “Checkout” button, you have made a binding offer for the sale of goods. Your offer at this stage is still subject to our acceptance. In order that we may accept your offer, we obtain an authorisation from your Credit card company for the amount detailed on the order summary page. We are not taking funds from your card at this stage, although the amount available for you to spend will be reduced by the authorisation. This is a normal process with the banks. If your credit card should not give an authorisation, your order will not be processed further.
• Spardha’s Natural will E-mail you to confirm your product order has been received.
• Spardha’s Natural will E-mail you again to confirm that the products you have ordered are being shipped to you.
• We are deemed to have accepted your offer, and a corresponding contract of sale for the products you have ordered is concluded between you and Spardha’s Natural only upon those products being shipped to you, as detailed in the dispatch confirmation E-mail.
Spardha’s Natural may refuse or be unable to process your order if:
- The product you ordered is discontinued, out of stock or no longer available.
• Your credit card does not give authorisation for the payment of the purchase price
• You do not meet the eligibility to order criteria set out above.
• We suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms and Conditions (including our Privacy Policy)
• If we identify a product or pricing error.
If we are unable to fulfill your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Returns Policy and Procedure:
1)Money Back Guarantee
Spardha’s Natural guarantees to refund all your money back, should you feel unsatisfied with the quality of the product or if it didn’t meet your expectations. When claiming money back guarantee, we will refund:
a. Full Purchase Price
b. Delivery Charges (the cost for initial delivery to you)
c. Return Charges (the cost for returning goods to us) upon the production of a receipt.
You are expected to:
i. Return the item within SEVEN (7) working days after the day you received it.
ii. Follow instructions as explained in How To Return Your Goods section.
Failure to follow the correct instructions as mentioned above, may either cause a delay in processing your refund or make your Money Back Guarantee claim null and void.
2) Order Cancellation
You may change your mind and cancel your order within SEVEN (7) working days after the day you receive your goods. If you choose to cancel your order we will refund:
a. the full purchase price
b. the delivery charges incurred in delivering the goods to you
Note: If you choose to cancel your order you will be expected to return the goods in your order to us in perfect condition. Spardha’s Natural will NOT refund the return delivery charges (cost for returning goods to us) and if you fail to return goods to us we may charge you for the cost incurred in collecting them from you. Your product can only be returned in the country it was purchased.
3) Damaged Or Fault Products and Incorrect Orders
You may exchange your goods or obtain a full refund if the goods in your order are damaged or faulty upon receipt, or if the goods you have received are not the goods you originally ordered. Your product can only be returned/exchanged in the country it was purchased.
When returning damaged, faulty or incorrect orders we will refund:
d. Full Purchase Price
e. Delivery Charges (the cost for initial delivery to you)
f. Return Charges (the cost for returning goods to us) upon the production of a receipt.
When exchanging damaged, faulty or incorrect orders we will:
a. Dispatch replacement items to you free of charge
b. Refund return charges (the cost for returning goods to us) upon production of a receipt.
4) How To Return Your Goods
You may return goods in the country they were purchased by contacting the Customer Care Centre by email, phone or post (details below). NOTE: Products purchased online can only be returned by post.
The following information will be required when returning your goods by post:
a. Confirmation Email containing your Transaction Reference Number
b. Delivery Documentation containing your Delivery Number
c. List and description of goods to be returned
d. Reason given for returning goods
e. Receipts showing any return charges if you are claiming a full refund for damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered goods
Please note if you are returning goods by post:
f. It may take up to 7 days for your parcel to reach us
g. Returned items will be processed within two (2) working days of receipt
h. Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit
i. You are advised to use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance

Title to Goods
We will retain the legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.

Delivery
We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. See Ordering Products section of our Site. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more parts. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
Acceptance of Goods
Upon receipt, you must inspect the goods. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with the Returns Policy & Procedure. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.
