Spardha’s Natural is an ethically conscientious Organic/Natural skin care brand. And because we are small, whatever we make is made with love! The products are made using the most natural plant based ingredients we can find. No animal based raw materials are used in the process of manufacturing. We try to make 100% Organic creams/lotions/balms wherever possible and if for some reason we are not able to combine 100% organic ingredients, then the products are made with atleast 80% organic ingredients. Way better than what’s available on the shelves of your favourite supermarket!
History of the founding of Spardha’s Natural goes something like this…
In recent years we have seen an exponential surge in cancer and other health problems. The reason being, wherever we go, there are chemicals in every possible food/cosmetics/household items. Big companies, would forgo morals and ethics with regards to consumer health and for the sake of making utmost profit, use the cheapest ingredients available (mostly synthetic chemicals produced in laboratories and often carcinogenic), mix it with water and sell them to us at a top notch price.
Before launching the brand, I read the ingredients list on all the skin/hair care (even food) products and consequently threw most of them in the bin. Trust me, if you learn about those ingredients and know their composition, it's like being in a lab and rubbing all those stored chemicals on your skin and hair. Yes, that's what these companies are using. But obviously, a 'lay person' would not have a clue about this. As a result, we keep using them, and those chemicals keep accumulating in our body turning carcinogenic. Have you noticed why skin sensitivity is on the rise these days?...
My husband and I have lost a few very close relatives who have succumbed to this horrible disease called Cancer, and I am pretty sure some of you unfortunately have too. So why are our eyes closed? Or are we aware and still averting the subject? I know we may not be able to stop it from happening but can we avoid it...consciously? The answer is ‘Yes, we can!’ To tackle this issue, which is very close to my heart, I decided to help in my little way. Hence the birth of Spardha's Natural Skin Care Products. I am quite aware that there a lot of people doing and telling you the same thing what I am. And I appreciate that. Because all of these people (including me) who are producing truly natural body care products know what's happening in today's world and want to awaken you, to stop you from being fooled by what you see on the shelves of supermarkets. So please know what's happening outside and inside your beautiful, miraculous body! What I bring to you is knowledge and history of my background, where I come from and my birth place. That's India, land of thousands of years of ancient history, mysticism and spirituality. We all are aware or at least heard a little about the wonderful world of Ayurveda. It is still very prominent in many Indian medicines, food and body care items. My great grandfather was a herbalist and an Ayurvedic doctor. Most of his recipes were passed down the generations. And they have now been passed down to me through my mum. Some of them are for curing ailments but I am only using what's suited to maintain healthy skin and hair as that's also my niche being a professional beauty therapist.Some of the ingredients he used back then are now fortunately available in the UK. And I make sure that I get my raw materials from only certified Organic and Ethical trade based suppliers. So they are local as well, keeping local tradesmen in business. I have done a thorough study to expand my knowledge about different plants, herbs, oils and essential oils and how they can be used on hair, face and body. And they work like magic! So all I am requesting is, give it a try. Open yourself to a real world of goodness and everything that's natural. Maintaining our skin's youth and health in all natural ways (and we know how important that is to us!)…
